I was wondering why Richard Nemis would rush to do a NI43 101 early in the Exploration phase of a Development, and now I feel I know why. It will allow for the early Commissioning of such "Environmental Studies" for Double Eagle, and thereby greatly speed up the time frame for bringing into Production a Mining Operation for this Deposit. Ontario wants these types of Industrial Developments eagerly but have processes in Law to be followed. Thus, I better understand and appreciate what Richard Nemis and company have in their Planning.
I respond:
I just feel that this info should be repeated. We have experienced people here who are thinking way ahead. The fact that they are already thinking of Environmental studies means that in their minds, there is very little doubt (if any) that a Mine will come from this. So even if the deposit only increases slightly in size, up to 10M tonnes of ore, they believe it will become a mine. So if it becomes a mine, even with only 10Mt of ore, our stock value will double minimum, probably triple. The biggest factor holding us down, (beside shorters and manipulators) is that we have not reached critical mass at any of our project. We will get there on at least 2 I believe. Once we have a proven mineable deposit, our SP will reflect this. I think we will establish these mineable deposits within the course of 2008 and all longs will be happy.
