Hey Don, thanks for the praise.  Having been in a similar situation myself on a small scale like you, as long as it is all good news, it does not seem like work to talk to shareholders.  You feel good about the people you are helping.  I am sure some days are not easy for Mr Nemis (dealing with labs :-) ) but to get a call from a Shareholder who takes the time to say:  Thank you Mr. Nemis.  I have done well with Not and I want you to know how grateful I am for you and your team.  Oh by the way I have few questions. 

Does anyone here not think this helps the man stay focused.  Little guys like us bring a smile to him I am sure.  As long as callers are courteous, thankful and respectful of his busy schedule, I think he actually enjoys most of these calls.  When you talk to him, you do get the feeling that he genuinely cares and is happy to talk to shareholders.  Mr. Nemis, If you are reading this, I wish to say sincerely:  Thank you!!!
