Yes I did, but between one thing and another... The only additional thing needed in spinouts is cash for each new company to continue developments for some good period of time, to build a track record of their own, before having to reise new cash. Consequently, to stave off external dilution in the newly formed companies, it would be a nice thing to offer existing shareholders, at time of spinout, the chance to participate in the financing of each new company, thereby minimizing dilution effect. I have participated in many such spinoutt where, to get in on the PP included in the spinout plan you had to be involved with the venture capital companies picking up the PP in order to keep your original ratio of shares constant. That costs a little more and thus if it could be a part of the spinout from within the company (NOT) the cost of picking up the PPshares would be less to non existant. That is my thinling.
As for now, due to the trouble last Friday I have turned over most of my accounts to someone else to monitor or disabled access, untill I get sufficient assurence from Agoracom that they are properly looking out fot the integrity of their Web Site Security and Membership Profile Information. I have told them my concerns and suspecions as to part of what I experienced on Friday and Saturday. I am isolating the external threat and trust they are dealing with their System vulnerabilities, but have not received any reassurence from them to date. Be careful what you access and how on this site untill they reassure all of us.
