Could not agree more... I've had the same feelings since the DE thing starting getting some legs. We are way undervalued here, as NOT is only being valued based on DE right now. We've got too many great projects packed into one company, and I fear that a takeover/buyout for DE could cause us to lose out on some valuation aprreciatation based on the merits of the other properties. I'd like to see them separate DE from NOT and make it a standalone company, or leave NOT with DE and put all of the other properties into another company. The latter might be the better option since Noront is now associated with DE.

I do beleive that RN is taking all of this into consideration andis n probably well ahead of us in terms of strategic thinking/planning, but until they produce a plan, it remains a question mark...

At any rate, a premature takeover/buyout is becoming a main concern for me right now.
