You are right, the last Windfall news about the ramp permit was a very good one. We LONGS have waited since january for that news. The share price didn't more a bit on that news because most of the investor are now in NOT for DE. That's why we need a spinoff OPC (au plus criss !...french) before a major buys NOT for DE.
