You can use Q trade as an on-line broker or as a full service broker - that is where you must be. I make all my trades on line with no broker help. They offer 9.95 / trade if you have more than 100k per account. I do not nhave a single account at that level, but my combined accounts are far more and they agreed to give me the lower cst based on that.
