Paul Dickson

President, CEO & Director

Paul Dickson sustained a career as a software developer spanning 15 years and specialized in financial applications. Mr. Dickson co-founded and was President of publicly traded Earthramp Communications Inc. from 1999 until 2001 which was in the business of developing and integrating financial applications for Banks and Brokerage firms. Earthramp's flagship service; Quotes Canada Financial Network, received notoriety as being the first of its kind to offer free real-time Canadian stock quotes. Paul co-founded Resource World Magazine, a publication reporting on the business of Mining, Oil & Gas and Alternative Energy which has been in business for 12 years. Other credits to his name include various technology related start-up initiatives.

Hani Rayess

Vice President of Marketing

Hani has been involved in capital markets for 8 years with roles ranging from VP of Business Development & Director at Western Silver, VP of Communications at MicroCoal Technologies to many investor relation and communication roles. Hani is an independent consultant and advisor to a number of clean tech, agricultural, commodity and infrastructure projects. Hani understands the issues entrepreneurial companies are facing and knows the key players and investors that are not deterred by these hurdles. He is excited to bring his investor and media network as well as aggressive sales and marketing growth strategy to Newnote Financial Corp.

Hani completed the Marketing Management program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) specializing in Entrepreneurship. He completed his Canadian Securities Course in 2007, and the operating and managing a public company course at Simon Fraser University.

Brian Gusko

Vice President of Retail, Director

Mr. Gusko has significant international business experience at the highest level. He was the Chief Financial Officer of UC Resources Ltd., an emerging producer of silver and gold in Mexico. Years ago, he was a research associate with the U.S. Department of Commerce at an embassy posting. His international experience includes working in Corporate Planning with a Mitsubishi Group company in Tokyo, Product Management at a Vodafone spin-off in the Netherlands and being Managing Director of Palm South Africa's wireless subsidiary. Mr. Gusko received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology (1990) from Carleton University, and an MBA from the University of Calgary (2003). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Emergent Waste Solutions and is an advisor to the Board of Solegear Bioplastics. Mr. Gusko is a Partner at Vancouver-based Sustainable Capital Corporation, a capital markets advisory firm.

Bryan Hellard

Bitcoin Mining Technician

Bryan Hellard is completing the Mechatronics and Robotics program at BCIT. He has competed in multiple engineering competitions such as the Western Engineering Competition, where he placed 2nd in the Re-Engineering category, and the Canadian Engineering Competition, where heplaced in the top 5 in the same category. He has also received the Lieutenant Governor's Award for Trades from the British Colombia Institute of Technology in 2012. Mr. Hellard is an expert in Bitcoin Mining technology, and is managing the data centre for Newnote Miners. Bryan is an active member of the Bitcoin community and will be responsible for identifying opportunities within our sector.

Brian Onn

Sr. Software Developer, Electronics Engineer

Brian Onn is a seasoned hardware and software engineer with over 25 years of industry experience in real-time market data delivery, data warehousing, Internet services, digital financial services, and EFT and retail services. He has held management and leadership roles at TIBCO Software, TIBCO Finance, Sun Microsystems, and NCR Corporation. Mr. Onn is responsible for the development of CryptoAid as well as other planned products and services.
