On 22nd August AmericasPetrogas (API) holds it's Special AGM to finalize the reverse takeover of Valverde Capital Corp. Once this occurs API will shortly announce the drill results from Argentina and seek a date for listing on the TSX tier 1.

Good drill results and production numbers means instant income for SAGE and that revenue generation should lead to a revaluation of the share price. Very exciting times ahead for these companies.
