The company currently has an ownership stake and Joint Venture agreement in Americas Petrogas Inc., a private oil and gas company with operations in the Neuquen Basin in Argentina.

Americas Petrogas is a private company that is currently going through a reverse take over of Valverde Capital Corp and is soon to be listed (Sept '08) as a tier 1 company on the TSX.

They are also undergoing an extensive drilling program in Argentina which it is hoped will lead to immediate production. This will generate great cash flow immediatly for Sage and should make this current share price look very low.
