Fact 1 : PTSC traded as high as $2.25 on March 7, 2006, barely 4 years ago.

Fact 2: Since that date, the MMP has earned over $210M in GROSS Revenue, and PTSC has received over $82M in NET revenue from PDS. These figures EXCLUDE the revenue from Fujitsu, HP, Casio, Intel & AMD of which PTSC got $43M NET and which more than covered ALL of the dividends issued and most if not all of the retiring of the outstanding warrants.

Fact 3: Since that date, the MMP has received 2 recertifications, PTSC was "pleased with the business resolution" of the J3 case, PTSC has churned through 4 CEOs, and PTSC has acquired several companies outright or in partial interest.

Fact 4: Since that time the ONLY 3 people that have been there from before, and maintain their power and control still, have pocketed around $1M between them just from PTSC's coffers, and in return, have provided shareholders with a company that now only has only $28M in assets (some of which like PDSG have questionable value per the company's own characterization) and 95% LESS market value. In addition to that, those 3 people have utilized so little of the income they have taken from PTSC to BUY shares of PTSC and show support of PTSC, that it's not even worthy of mention.

Fact 5: So that you and milestone don't get your panties in a bunch, PTSC has paid only approximately $19M in taxes of that CLEAR $82M net it has taken in. In addition to that resultant approximately $69M after tax but before PTSC expenses NET INCOME, Holocom has contributed modest profits each year that boost that amount to upwards of $73M

Fact 6: So of over $73M in net revenue, PTSC, and specifically THE THREE "working" BoD members that have stewarded this company over these last 5 years, have SQUANDERED over $45M in resources, supposedly building our company, and stewarding it in a fiduciarily responsible fashion, and have WHAT to show for it? A company that still pays their salaries and hasn't yet been bankrupted?

Fact 7: The best justification that has been offered to counter the above facts is that the BoD has acted legally and is compliant with the SEC. Apparently a ringing endorsement in some posters' eyes. Others have encouraged us to think positively or point to the positives in the company. Yet I haven't seen them elaborate on what those postives are or show how they are returning value to shareholders.

Disclosure: I have no affiliation with any company related to PTSC or TPL in ANY way or any company that could be viewed as an infringer of the MMP or opponent of them in ANY way. Nor do I have any affiliation with ANY posters on this board other than a few PM conversations I've had with a few, MOST of whom at least see things as they are, and are interested in effecting some change if there's a way to do it legally. I've met none of them personally, though my limited interactions with some of them lead me to trust them more than others, and I consider some of them my friends as much as I can through the limits of cyberspace.

Now when someone defends or condones or excuses the performance and actions of the company's board of directors as out of their control or within the legal limits, and rather attacks posters who are shareholders for pointing out these glaring deficiencies and trying to muster shareholders to act in whatever ways they can to effect positive change, I'll leave it to you and other posters as to whom should be deserving of trust.

When you couple the performance of this company over the last 4 years with the lack of transparency they provide with respect to their business dealings, and instead find the problems to lie in public agencies or other companies, or better yet, with posters on a stock message board, then you have a remarkable parardigm, IMO. While posting here may prove ineffectual, it isn't because of the posters that try to effect change, but rather because of those who would try to attack them or ridicule their efforts, all the while being unable to articulate an opposing positive countering set of facts and circumstances, that warrant the status quo.
