Fact 1 - posters, according to their own posts, have been complaining about the BOD for years.
Fact 2 - according to some of these posters, the intention of their posts is to somehow bring about change at ptsc and/or put pressure on the BOD to make changes.
Fact 3 - even after years of doing this their posts have accomplished nothing in regards their stated intentions. Nothing. No replacement of board members. No change in policy. No change in communications. No increase in share price. Nothing.
Fact 4 - in light of fact#3 posters still insist that they think these posts will have their intended affect, bringing about change at ptsc.
Fact 5 - while one of our most vociferous posters was in a position to more directly affect the actions of the BOD, the BOD did in fact start paying themselves monthly fees, add additional fees in the form of board committee chairmanship (something which personally disgusts me), and declare and pay dividends which many of the naysayers say was a bad idea.
Stay with me, it gets better...
Fact 6 - I have a personal e-mail from Ronran stating that in fact "there was a plan" that had been talked about for bringing about BOD change. Now I ask all of you posters out there, specifically the ones that had previously volunteered personal info regarding their holdings in ptsc to Ronran, how many of you were contacted regarding this plan? How many were in on these discussions? How many had read somewhere on Agora that a plan was being considered by a group of people? Would it not make sense that anyone that had divulged their personal holdings to Ronran should have been contacted in regards this plan?
Fact 7 - Ron suggested as part of the plan that money be collected from participants and the money could be held by EDIGOKIE. Now Kirk (EDIGOKIE) has always been a fine poster and seems to be a great gentleman. However, I don't know Kirk from Adam. To me, he is nothing but a message board poster and I know little else about him. So why would I trust my money with him? Why wouldn't Ronran, himself an attorney, suggest that the money be held by an attorney? I am sure he could find an attorney friend who would do it for little or no cost. Heck, if he couldn't I know I could. You decide for yourself how this suggestion sounds to you. I know my opinions on it.
Fact 8 - I posted on this board for years (since day one of this board) and got along very well with the posters I am now at odds with. I had a high poster rating and was a Hub Leader. I stopped posting for about 6 months although I read the board every day. When I came back to voice my dissent with certain of these various posters my poster rating was immediately reduced and I was removed as Hub Leader. Point of fact 8 is, there is a group or groups of posters that collude to control this board. TRUST NO ONE.
