Ok, Rebecca, I didn't want to follow this topic anymore, because it's more than ridiculous, what some people made out of it, but now only for YOU, MANOR and whoever thinks, it was an insultment, I'll explain, why I used the phrase "simple-minded":

1. I ask a question, which was NOT PROMOTING the idea of a RS, but the opposite (I asked, if the chance of a RS could be minimized by the acceptance of shares as a currency for the Crossflo merger, if you didn't understand my question).

2. Immediately I get the answer of Albie asking for "MY AGENDA" and why I bring up the topic "RS".

3.1. Albie did not read my post carefully, just saw the word "RS" and reacted simplifying, which for me is sign of a "simple-minded" behaviour

3.2. Asking "what's your agenda/your motives" is getting more and more boring on this board (I know, it's one of your favorites, but maybe you can imagine, that there are many, many people out there, who just have questions - AND NO AGENDA BEHIND!!!!) - and in this case, the use of the phrase showed, that he didn't read or understand the INTENTION of my question and made this useless statement of "your agenda/motive?" Again a sign for me, that he draw a simple conclusion from the "surface", without looking at the "inside".

4. Those were the both reasons, why I used the phrase "simple-minded". If you choose to discuss things only with simplifications instead of looking at the details, what else is this behaviour than "simple-minded"?

5. A lot of people had NO PROBLEM to understand my question the way I asked it and to understand my disappointment about Albie's answer - so why are YOU following this topic?

6. You and your followers are making a lot of noise about the alleged relation/connection between posts on Agoracom and the way the SP moves - of course you're free to do so. But to write, that this was part of a plan to short PTSC shares in Germany, is a serious accusation, which I won't tolerate.

I would prefer, if you and other come back to a balanced and fair discussion without any allegations - and if you have difficulties to understand, what I'm writing, I'll try to repeat it in other words, because though I try my best in English, it might be the reason, that things sounded different than I wanted them to do.
