As you notice in that link, that dig camera is no longer produced by Intel.. but it doesn`t mean that product manufacturing couldn`t be considered again in their future.

As for the agreement enterd into by PTSC & Intel, I guess it could be an Ignite/Inflame license, just as AMD has licensed Ignite/Inflame (at the same time they licensed the `336 patentfolio), but it reads `patent` agreement, not IP agreement.. it could just be a technicality that an aggreement was put into writing, with no $ changing hands because Intel had already paid TPL, with the last milestone payment being paid when the patent ownership issue b/t PTSC & TPL was terminated
