I just figured Mosaic wanted to public and this was the easiest way.

I never thought about Mosaic having something ready to go. Or being close to having something ready.

we know PTSC has been looking around for a new avenue. But was Mosaic looking around? Was Ken doing some advance scouting?

I don't know who found who first. But if one knew such answers you might have your answer.
