I don't know the answer to that question but I do know that if Ron wanted to be here it's not that difficult to re-register under a different "nom-de-web"; I've done it myself after falling afoul of the rules as interpreted by other hub leaders (or agora itself) on at least two occasions in the past. Some old-timers might remember me as 'fatwollit'.
