Whether the CC changed a little or changed a lot, it changed. I hope the court sees that this change to the CC, albiet painted as a non-event by the defendants, it very substative. Again, as a layman, I have always asked where would the defendant's products be without this patent. And I hope the judge considers the the merit of 300+ licensees agreed with us, or at least chose not to fight the patent. The USPTO saw fit to allow the patent and it survived multiple re-exams.
