....so, PTSCinvestor, you already know its a bad deal. maybe you should sell now, if that is a bad deal.

The board members may be in a little over their heads, but they are not totally stupid, and if they see a chance to make a few bucks, why not. Of course they do have some options which tempers the need to make $$$ on the open market.
