it seems to me that B&N may be the trial run for the other companies. once the B&N deal is signed, if it is a good deal for shareholders, there should be some insider buying. if it is a bad deal for shareholders there will be no inisder buying. and what ever guidelines were used to settle B&N will be the guidelines for all or very nearly all future settlements. nb
