The BOD needs to bring enough in to cover expenses and to pay their salaries. So it's a win for the BOD. They have no other vested interest to bring more in since they own little if any stock. Don't you think they'd be buying shares big time if they seen any potential?

So it remains to be seen if it's a win for us? Judging from the past? Excuse me if I appear doubtful. Probably because I am.
