We claimed that they must buy a License for use of the MMP patent..

They claimed they did NOT need to buy a License.

They sued us, and a JURY found for us.

They disagreed with that and appealed..

Before the appeal was decided, the parties settled..

HTC Bought a License from us..

What would/should we describe that outcome..

A WIN a LOSS or a DRAW??
