Any and all, it is a common occurance for the shareholders of a company such as ourselves in this matter, submit a letter to the court?

You have to love CM's fight! He stands for the majority of us! You ahve to love how he promises to pay all teh creditors over a 5 year period. How can anyone argue with that? And it they do, what are the alterior motives?
