My understanding is that Falk Sr was of the opinion that he had resolved all patent ownership issues before he died, but I could be wrong.
Probably only his son and Gloria Felcyn can know for sure. I was and remain concerned and confused at how Fish and even Moore got back in the frame. Maybe Falk Sr was too distracted by his terminal illness in the final several months.
