I am in agreement with your rendition of our; (PTSC and C.M's) PLIGHT..

That is why I would rather throw in with Chuck, than with a continued situation where Leckrone has any control over MY/OUR destiny..

Since Patriot's attorney/director, has,,in MY opinion, allowed PTSC's power to control PTSC's destiny to diminish to ZERO.

While he has collected handsome rewards, from the MMP Licenses....

It does NOT seem that he has represented our side, as his director duties would require,,rather that he has sold us OUT instead,in his gentlemen's agreement with Leckrone.. IMO

Therefore to continue as we have, would NOT be the wise nor prudent decision for me to make.

Chuck seems to have made a wise choice, this time around, with his Legal team..

It is PAST time to "KICK LECKY to the CURB"...IMO...

Unfortunately we seem to be unable to do that with Johnson,after several tries....
