"Removal of TPL as Debtor in Possession"... Such a determination by the Court would create an opportunity for the MMP ownership interests of TPL to be eliminated or reduced.

I find the declaration of Moore's attorney to be revealing as to the PTSC / Moore relationship.

-Moore only learned of the Amusment Park's license from the public PTSC Press release.

-After repeated requests since the announced date of the September 11th license, PDS has refused to disclose to Moore the amount of his share of the license proceeds, leaving Moore unable to evaluate the License's sufficiency, and only being told on the day of his lawyer's Declaration, that the License amount is even confidential as to Moore and his lawyer at this stage.

As I see it, PDS's behavior is intentionally, and unnecessarily uncooperative to Moore, and that PDS is assisting TPL and the Creditors committee to frustrate Moore and his attorney's efforts in BK Court.

If this is how they are willing to treat the MMP inventor and largest private individual stakeholder in the MMP's Infringment Prosecution's success, you can only imagine how they feel about we public shareholders who are on the absolutely lowest rung of the influence and payout ladder.

It's clear to me that Moore is being treated as an outsider, and that his personal financial interest positioning in the success of MMP licensing, is far far closer to that of PTSC Shareholders than it is to DL, TPL, PDS, the Creditors, or PTSC's leadership.

I believe that PTSC Shareholders, and Moore, have been and will continue to be, the financial losers amongst all the players in the Plan being sponsored and pushed upon the BK Court by PTSC leadership, PDS, DL, TPL, and the Creditors.
