After carefully reading both plans again and the objections made by all the parties I came to the conclusion there are too many unknown and not declared variables in the Moore Plan (mostly legal issues) and most of all one issue I have is the new MIG, led by Moore himself who is a great inventor but definitely not a great business man or negotiator (evident by his track record regarding the choice of Leckrone and his contracts with him).
The only positive I saw and which led me to support the activities sending a letter to PTSC et al in order to express our concerns regarding the Joint Plan by TPL and the Committee was the complete dismissal of Leckrone.
But to be honest this is more driven by emotions than by reality.
In reality the current agreement between PDS and Alliacense with the second licensing agent on the one side and the benchmarks Alliacense has to reach on the other side has the best chances to bring us back to a significant MMP revenue.
I don’t see any chance Moore and his MIG to be as powerful in the licensing business without having any experience in it.
We have two, three years left to collect as much money as possible, therefore IMHO the Joint Plan provides the biggest potential to do so.
