After reading all the PACERS this am, looks like the Moore plan will have unfortunate and unintended consequence of lengthy delays resulting in new litigations for previously ececuted agreements, fraudulent or not. The Fraud appers to be on teh side of TPL unless proven otherwise.

Chuck - if you read this board, how do you plan on dealing with this? And will you try to get previously executed agreements reversed or will your plan only apply to infrigement claims going forward?

Obvioulsy this all goes away if the judge rules in favor of the creditis plan and not Chucks.
