As I see it.

After seeing that most income from the MMP has flowed/gone on down stream,bypassing the S/H's), it is, or should be obvious that, the only happening that will raise the S/P, is INCOME to PATRIOT..

Everything else is merely incidental to the, convoluted TREK of this dragged-out affair..IMO

A good VISUAL that describes this, for me is that elusive POT-o-GOLD at the END of the RAINBOW, that keeps on moving beyond reach just as we think we are getting there..

We have NO control of that ---OLE POT.---(Does it really exist?).....
