I agree with you in that a favorable ruling, if we should get one, by the Federal Appeals Court would substantially strengthen our position. The ITC ruling would be off the table for other companies who may consider it and it should help to propel the licensing effort by, presumably and hepoefully, the new licensing agent.

My concern is the time it would take to get such a ruling. It may not come before Memorial Day of next year. I am not sure my nervous system can handle that. I may have to start drinking again!!!
