Absolutely !!

That said, if it were to occur, this would be a PERSONAL financial obligation of Carl's, not some corporate expense or conflict indirectly paid by Shareholders. These types of clawbacks hit home hard; I'd love to see him cough up the funds.

It's only ONE specific example of looking at the potential personal consequences of their actions/inactions; this one is easy to see and grasp.
