Can anyone check with the American Arbitration Association in Santa Clara count or ? to see if they have filed? Maybe we have to wait 10 days after the PR. If they are following this rule you posted I wonder who the 3 persons are from PTSC. Will DL even submit 3 names? I can imagine that neither PTSC or DL took this route before because both agreed that they really didn't want the AAA to appoint someone who was truely independent!!!!
