And let me make one last comment. BaNosser isn't the only one with a Pacer account. In fact I have one. So go ahead and point the finger at me and say I should have posted something. Unfortunately I was out of town on a business trip from 2/24 - 2/26, with no internet access. So I couldn't have looked anything up even if I wanted to. But I find it very hard to believe that all of the other people with Pacer accounts here were totally unaware of the HTC appeal. Sure, Mark offered a sincere apology for missing the Pacer. EVERYONE MISSED IT??? Is someone pissing in our ear and telling us it's raining? The SP went from a close of 8 cents on 2/21 and was down to 6 cents by 2/26 and no one thought to check Pacer? On a 25% decrease in share value?

1- That Pacer was filed on the 20th.. so you had 3 days prior to being off the grid to check Pacer yourself.. and you had an additional 6 days after you got back to check Pacer prior to Ron letting us know an appeal had been filed.. Also.. you should ask Stillpoint why he didn't post it up since he too has a Pacer acct..

2- PTSC released the ITC Appeal loss on the same day the HTC Appeal was filed.. that is what I personally thought was responsible for the shareprice receding

3- You and others have (erroneously) accused myself and others of being purposefully negative and bashing to manipulate the shareprice down so we or some entity can accumulate cheaper shares... If that were the case why in the world would I (or EVERYONE) purposefully with hold the HTC Appeal Pacer when it, especially in conjunction with the PTSC ITC ruling, would have surely been the double basher ticket for us to all score those super valuable cheap shares..??

and for the record.. you are the only one between the two of us that has added shares..
