I think Moore's formal Objection and his opposition to TPL's reorganization Plan should make all PTSC Shareholders strongly consider and loudly question why PTSC is not more proactive. It's quite strange, because although we are only "Creditors" for $1M or $1.5M, PTSC's very existance will be gravely impacted by which Plan the Court selects, and yet, I don't see the type of urgency/concern from them that Moore is exhibiting.
Since PTSC has no other revenue source than the MMP, the implications of the court sanctioning any plan which in practice is ineffective, will likely become that final nail.
I choose:
"D. PTSC is afraid to aggressively cooperate to defeat TPL's BK Plan for fear of retaliation ?"
If D is the correct choice, then the remaining question, is,
.... what retaliation, (business ? personal ?), could PTSC or the BOD be concerned about ????
