directly spoken with the Creditor Committee's Lawyer specifically regarding our PDS experiences with DL, TPL and Alliasence, what would Shareholders think about that ?

Remember that it is the Creditor Committee's lawyer who is making the case to the BK Court to replace DL on the PDS BOD, and even asking the Court to void the Alliasence / PDS Contract. What say you ??

A. It doesn't matter.

B. Impossible, of course they did; how could they not ?

C. PTSC should have sought him out first thing

D. PTSC is afraid to aggressively cooperate to defeat TPL's BK Plan for fear of retaliation ?

E. WTF is happening ????
