I assumed that, POHL would pay if PTSC were to seek an arbitrator, and that Leckrone would pay should he seek to find someone through the same process.
However one could conclude that, since neither side pursued the issue that, there was a "Gentleman's agreement to accept the status quo.
Therefore BOTH sides have NOT fulfilled the, ''Third manager on BoD of PDS', provision. IMO

OUR absentee Board member seems to spend the bulk of his time and attention to matters in GEORGIA, at his employer's office, attending to those other duties.. IMO
