I am certain that the recent NDoC verdict will be taken into consideration, simply because I strongly suspect that it already has been when achieving the decision to grant the review.

Between the decision to review on top of the NDoC win, we currently have quite a bit of leverage with any prospective licensee. Risk levels are high. And they may wish, from a financial reporting perspective, to absorb the license cost in this quarter/tax year rather than next. In other words, this "silent period" may be interupted by some loud noises.
