I now agree that the BOD were not vigilent. At all! They certainly should have known what the monitary distribution fees of all the licenses where. From the get go. The remedy PTSC received was not enough. Plus it screwed future dealings up including the recent HTC trial. I can now better understand where Brian and others are coming from.
