first two documents are page 3 and page 4 from Moore's Declaration in the litigation against DL/TPL.. mentioning Apple directly.. note date.. and % allocated.. injunction mentioned..

This next document is the Declaration of Charles T Hoge in the litigation of PTSC v TPL.. this document contains other sensitive infomation in it not pertaining to the APL license in 'question' here, which I have redacted since I believe this is currently a sealed doc, but was retained prior to sealing... Company 'A' is quite obviously Apple.. note date.. %s.. Temporary Restraining Order..
