Right now PTSC must approve all license agreements.... if additional funding is needed for PDS and we pay and DL/TPL does not we would gain additional ownership/control... so refuse any license deal unless it is advantages to us .... if not how will TPL fund this...

FYI...correction welecome... from the Apple it was settled by arbitraitor... we got 1 million in addition to the 960K..(note the 1 million has not been been paid as of yet...I think a small portion only,,,)
