I don't think most here are suggesting a lawsuit. Who would we sue? DL (the real perp)is already bankrupt. We the shareholders can get in line.

You're right PTSC has 2 cents a share in cash. That would be gone in short order way before any cash would filter down to shareholders. Not that there's a case that can be made to against PTSC. Doing a lousy job and/or just being dumb doesn't rise to that level. What's to stop PTSC from throwing the keys on the desk, turning out the lights and just walk off? Go BK themselves. Chapter 11 lets them reorganize, in the process dumping the shareholders. I can give examples if asked...

I would be more than satisfied if we could get rid of DL and TPL. But can we and what good would it do? Some say that it wouldn't take long to find a new firm/s to represent us in reverse engineering, licensing and legal pursuits against infringers. I'm not so sure of that? Time is short and frankly I would like to see some kind of conclusion.

I also know that DL can't be trusted. If he goes down who's to say he won't drag everything with him. No telling what he would do or if he has that ability?
