I absolutely agree. If my memory serves me, someone made mention that when asked about Apple license DL made the comment that there's some things more important then taking apple to task. Or something to that effect?

However what he settled with apple for is appalling. You/I have to ask why this happened?Especially if PTSC had anything to do with it. Isn't that what screwed us up with the HTC case?

I'd like to know what de H*** went on with that.
