but that would mean, placing the damage award in greater light than the finding of infringement, due to the award being so small.. that the infringement itself didn't really matter much or wasn't a big deal.. and therefore is not even significant.. If that is the case.. then the damage inflicted to you and me and every frkn shareholder has been so great that even a major company being found to infringe our main asset in a Federal Court really means very little.. Even tho there are potentially thousands of companies that incorporate this tech into their products and therefore infringe... but this is not what's important.. the ridiculously low damage award is.
