Looks like the ITC Staff's Investigative Attorney used to work at Fish & Richardson P.C. who filed the USPTO ReExam Request for ARM according to the PR below:

Don't know if or how he might have been involved, but, appearance wise it just seems wrong, IMO, and I wish that we could somehow use that to cause him to recuse himself and cast a shadow on today's filing. Wishful thinking.
