Geoff, I do not subscribe to the official documents website nor do I pretend to understand the legal procedure and maneuverings here. I just thought it surprising that a staff's opinion would be presented, word for word, as if they were the determining party. Question....Are these staff lawyers also going to counsel the commissioners or were they just assigned to judge who screwed us? By the way, thank you for all you have provided!
