Agreed..with emphasis on the "Keep both eyes on our partner" part. FWIW...In speaking with Cliff, he stated we have "Veto" power over all new licenses if we do not like the deal. Since the new ComAg is confidential, I can't confirm that...or maybe someone posted it and I missed it? He also said that history has proven that we need to be more skeptical and question our partner more than we like to or should have to, but unfortunatley that is the reality we live in.
