Great question! I guess at some time in the future we'll find out for sure. I agree they made more than their share of mistakes, if they just stayed in the dividend mode instead of trying that M&A crap we'd (us shareholders) would probably be way ahead with both SP and cash. . Can they get it together? Remains to be seen.

Thus in my opinion they should really do nothing else but count the cash flow, and distribute dividends with future profits. AND mainly keep both eyes on our partner whom we all know certainly needs watching!

I'm definitely not a BOD apologist. I agree with most opinions from you and others like Brain etc. Most not all. Complaining about them perhaps lets them know they're being watched. Not that I think it bothers them all that much. Doing something about it by shareholders is indeed a difficult task. If not impossible.
