How is it helping at this point. can we change it.

I for one hope so in that OUR BoD sees fit to do whatever it can to gain control of the MMP licensing program.. retain Alliacense to continue the engineering.. hire a diff firm to license.. giving them the time to get up to speed and then get at it.. getting Leckrone's face out of the equation.. In reality how long would it take for a new firm to get a good grip on licensing.. a month.. even that?

Then continue with the ITC appeal if/when we are granted a review.. Introducing the threat of injunction with a reversal.. Then hopefully with that additional empowerment, and a new more respected licensing firm.. we can begin to garner MMP license fees more inline with what we all desire and feel the MMP is worth..

If it were to take too long thru the bk process to remove Leckrone.. then I guess we are probaby in his hands.. Hope we don't slip thru his fingers..
