Cliff could send a message to the market by purchasing shares on the open market. If the licensing program remains as it is which I beleive will be the case. We will only be able to gauge the company in hindsight through 10ks and book value.

Why do we have to wait to publicize until everything is concrete? Let the market speculate on all the above factors and if they will be achieved or not. Staying silent for another 2 months just holds the PPS down. The market needs to know what they are gambling on. Put a plan out there and let people bet on the probability of success.
