I posed this question to Cliff weeks back when the expert evaluations came in rather low and I was concerned especially with Acer. He explained in his subversive round about way that it was only limited to the products we brought in and was not a exclusive license of the MMP.

If we do get infringement and they want to appeal maybe giving them the rest of the MMP and being done with the process will help us leverage them to put an end to the legal battle. I doubt it because they are in essence fighting for the proxy. I think this will be all out till every channel is exhausted.
