I was not able to read the post early this morning but after doing so ....

It became apparent to me upon reading NanO's comments regarding some of the courtroom testimony from court .......

That those of you on this board who have over the years pm'd, emailed and cornered me at shm's and told me I was crazy, mean, nasty and had no idea what I was talking about and should keep quiet were to put in nicely WRONG!

For a very long time now I have been warning about the unprofessionalism of our Board as to their ability to watch our for shareholders rights and be the fiduciaries they should be for our financial rights regarding licenses and settlements arranged by Lecky.

I have been consistent in proclaiming that Cliff is not worth anywhere near what we are paying him.

I have told all that imo leckrone is a BAD BUSINESS MAN and he has a history of doing poorly to his partners and creditors and that imo he is not a good man (I have other words for him but this is a family board).

I warned and warned and agreed to be part of a group(s) that would go after our Board legally but as we all know nothing came of that.

I was told that Cliff was a GOOD man and he was certainly worth what he was paidnadn the bonuses he got and that Lekcrone though maybe a showman was a Great partner to have and who was I to question these folks.

WELL, after reading how Leckrones self serving actions regarding the settlement with Apple (WHICH I THOUGHT AFTER WE SUED TPL COULD NO LONGER HAPPEN AS OUR BOARD WOULD HAVE TO OKAY ANY MULTIPLE BUNDLED SETTLEMENT PACKAGE) and how not only was ptsc screwed by leckrone on that deal "because HE NEEDED THE MONEY" so he settled our license with apple for under a million but then went on and sold his stuff for many millions more.

BUT WE NOW FIND OUT, that Leckonre has possibly caused our case against HTC to be worth much less when we win (see I am still positive in that regard) a verdict by the jury due to the past giveaways by this individual Lecky) (I have said I have confronted him and Cliff in the past and now I am sorry I was that I was not harsher with him at the time).

No matter what happens in court I know we will be unable to TPL as Leckrone put his co in BK (convient, wonder where all those millions went?) though I wonder if we can sue him personally for fraud and get any personal assets and any future income over and above his current debts. In addition I am ready to contribute in any case to a fund to get our CEO thrown out of office and the rest of the Board off the dais. I want them gone before they take another dime out of the PTSC treasury. I then would like to see if any of them every rec'd any compensation directly from Leckrone or TPL. I question how any half was intelligent person could allow Apple to get away with only paying $960k for a license to us and you can bet that if we delved deeper this is not the only giveaway they are aware of Leckrone doing.

I fear that folks like Neerbeer who I believe is associated with lecky somehow due to what he post ......... may get their wish.... by that I mean that Leckrone is probably sweating right now and would make a deal with HTC to keep anymore of these unlawful or at the very least unprofessional dealings on his part from coming out.

NOW ALL OF YOU WHO GAVE ME HELL for not wanting any NDA;s (non disclosure agreements) associated with license we sold can understand why I wanted them (transparent) and why leckrone and the board liked them (to keep shareholders in the dark from seeing who we were being sold down the river).

I am through but to all of you who told me That I was not a very nice person.... I guess you are right.... I am not a nice person to people who do me and my family wrong.... Guess that is just the way I am.

In a sense I feel vindicated but that and $2.00 wiill get me a cup of coffee and it was never about me being right it was about attempting over the years to get the right people in to make sure what we had we got paid for ..... I just wish that I pressed my case more strongly years ago.... but for various reasons I did not and so to those of you who I consider friends and to those who have given me good information I am sorry.
