I just read those PACERs Certainly interesting arguments by both sides. Reading our side of the story, sure makes the HTC side sound a bit "slick". At the same time, our sides motion seems very even keeled and fairly stated. I know I'm biased, but if we win those motions, it would seem that the other side will be pushing the Judge's patience and hopefully, making a poor impression on the jury through that process.

Good and entertaining theatre at worst, and perhaps incremental steps towards a winning case. Keep Swinging Otteson!
